  • how, when, and what to delegate
  • understanding personal limitations
  • looking at self-care and why it鈥檚 so important

This is a self-directed course and should take you approximately 4 hours. You can start and stop it at any time. It does not have an expiry date, although we do recommend refreshing it every 3 years as regulations do change
